Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales
    • Lead the identification of new clients and the creation of new network business opportunities.
    • Propose customized solutions to clients by incorporating the latest technology trends.
    • Optimize business profitability through project P&L analysis and risk management.
  • Solution Architecture & Quoting
    • WAN: Manage cost estimation for leased lines and cloud connectivity services, including negotiations with telecommunication carriers.
    • NI: Oversee configuration design and quoting for network equipment and security infrastructure.
    • Manage collaboration frameworks with key vendors and partners to optimize procurement terms and conditions.
  • Project & Account Management
    • Direct project delivery by managing schedules, resources, and client communications (PM).
    • Serve as the primary contact during network incidents and provide improvement plans based on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
    • Strengthen client relationships and maintain service quality through regular performance reviews.
  • Performs ad-hoc reporting, as required
  • Performs other job-related duties as required

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT and Network industry.
  • Deep understanding of overall network infrastructure, including WAN (connectivity), LAN, and security solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexities into persuasive business language.
  • Excellent proficiency in drafting technical proposals, delivering presentations, and conducting business negotiations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively
  • Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience preferred

Bilingual (English/Korean) is required.
